This policy covers terascore.my, the website you are reading. It does not cover our products: CHATZ, Traveltour.io, HRWork and Faas.my each handle personal data on their own terms, and each publishes its own policy on its own domain.

What this website collects

This site is a set of static pages. It runs no JavaScript, sets no cookies, embeds no third-party scripts, uses no analytics service, and has no forms to submit. Loading a page here does not create a profile of you and does not hand anything to an advertiser.

Our web server keeps ordinary access logs, which record the request, the time, the page asked for, the browser's user-agent, and the IP address the request came from. That is how the server is operated and how abuse is investigated. The logs are kept on our own server, are not sold or shared for marketing, and are rotated in the normal course of running the machine.

When you email us

If you write to us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We use it for that and nothing else. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

This site links to traveltour.io, hrwork.my, chatz.my and faas.my. Once you follow one of those links you are on that product's site, under that product's own policy.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and limit how we process it. Write to hello@terascore.my and we will answer.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
